Goibibo - Hotel refund not payed

I had booked a hotel for goa with * rooms in march'** which we were not able to travel due to covid lockdown it was rescheduled * more time for Jan'** but we had covid and again cound not travel. We talked to hotel and refund was processed and it was supposed to get credited from goibibo by feb'**. Not they are telling that we have processed your payment but details they share is incorrect account number is right but bank is incorrect. And ifsc is of my actual bank. So no payment can be processed with incorrect details. They are just delaying and finding a way of not paying refund.
