We booked the hotel but didn’t stay due to hotelier’s rude and unprofessional behaviour on our spiritual trip to Dwarka. We had to then wander through streets and stay in a double priced hotel. Not why will I go and pay another hotel twice the amount. Must be something bad I experienced at the hotel - I immediately informed goibibo but they played dumb and till now the same - they are saying it depends on hotel - what the heck - I booked trusting goibibo and goibibo is answerable not hotel - I need complete refund and I’m not going to back off
