Shaurya Sood filed complaint against Goibibo on Feb 28, 2020
I booked a Hotel to Singapore on Feb ** but after getting to know about the alarming situation of Coronavirus i wanted to cancel my trip (flight and hotel) since i dont want me and my family to suffer from Coronavirus. In addition to it, i read that Indian Government has advised to not travel to Singapore as it will be too risky and Singapore Government has made Orange Alert on there country. I raised the cancellation request for my flight (through Ease My Trip) and Hotel (through Goibibo). Though my flight was non refundable, they understood that the concern here is not personal but a national issue and they refunded my whole money. While i raised the request with Goibibo on Feb **th, they are still delaying and not raising my concern. I am very worried as my Hotel Money (Rs. *****) is with them and they are not returning whatsoever. I even asked them that even if they can't return then atleast they can book a hotel in India for me on my preferred place but they have not responded. I really need your help in getting my money refund.
