I had booked one ***** Hotel Silverton spot at Jalandhar with booking id HTLVKFKPAU on ** Sept ** from Goibibo app. There is nothing mentioned over there about AC and Non AC rooms. But, when I entered in hotel reception person, denied me to give AC room and he said in this hotel only * AC rooms but Oyo considers all rooms AC. When I called to Goibibo customer care person he gives me the confidence to resolve the problem in ** min but till time no revert from Goibibo after half an hour. My request I'd is ********. That Goibibo person said this is not an AC hotel but nothing mentioned on Goibibo app when I select that hotel. Oyo not working on hotels conditions hotel are dirty reception man are drunken no sense of talk. Goibibo doing wrong or miss communication with customers.
