Booking ID: *************. I had booked a hotel in Shillong-' Narayani Lodge' via Yatra.com. I had done the payment and the booking got confirmed. On the day of the trip when I contacted the hotel I was informed that they are not working with Yatra and there is no booking confirmed against my name. Hence no accomodation was provided and we had a worse experience with yatra. Kindly process a refund.Then I tried contacting Yatra where I was not able to reach them via call. I had to write emails then for which there is no response.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
