I've booked a hotel named OYO ***** Exotic Stay *BHK via goibibo and paid Rs.*** for it. I reched hotel at **.P.M but hotel denied checkin by saying that they didn't receive any booking from goibibo. I've contacted goibibo several times and stayed at the hotel premises till *.** A.m with my family as goibibo customer support said that they will surely help me out. But after waiting there for more than * Hours I had to manage to stay at the midnight in some other places with my family. I have raised several complaints but goibibo isn't replying to my queries and neither they have refunded nor compensated me. I had spent my night very badly with my family somewhere and has the worst experience of my lifetime due to negligience of goibibo. The date of the booking was from **st May **** to *st June **** for * persons And the booking was made under the Name Chandra Prakash. My contact number is **********/**********
