Subarna Acharya filed complaint against OYO on Sep 20, 2019
The Oyo hotel The Claire ( sec ** Gurgaon) denied checking in to me ( a female ) at ** o clock in the night stating that the price at which I had booked the hotel from the Oyo app is at a much lower price than the original hotel tariff rates
I kept on calling Oyo *-* times
Everytime the operators kept on transferring my call and every time I had to explain my issue to a new operator.
This happened on the night of **th September
I have been harassed by Oyo for not allowing me to step into their hotel
I had to wait for *.* hours in the hotel reception for the Oyo customer service people to give me a solution but they didn't
I had to leave the hotel and find a new hotel
Oyo did not provide me any resolution and my money was never refunded **** rs
The harassment and the back to back transferring of calls is really frustrating
It's been * days from the incident
Everyday I have been calling them but no resolution have been provided
I want to raise a complain and take this to consumer court
Kindly help.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
