Goibibo.com - hotel confirmation not done

I have booked for taj st james hotel london for the dates **th november **** to **th november **** two classic twin rooms for rs. ****** in july .
WHEN CONTACTED THE HOTEL FOR RECONFIRMATION THEY they said there was no booking raised a complaint with goibibo on october **th they said it has been cancelled and will refund my amount i said i have not cancelled so i need the booking not refund as the hotel prices have gone up by rs *****
from then till now they do not answer emails of call back regarding the status I have been making calls everyday and emailing them.
in there website my booing is still present
