I reached in the new city Guwahati at about * PM, my booking was at Hotel Kanika Inn through OYO but the Hotel denied the booking due to some issues with OYO which I am not aware of. Later OYO booked other Hotels for me which was far away from my current location ( Hotel Kanika Inn). I had to wait in the middle of the road till ** PM for a cab to get into the new Hotel Kirtti Inn which is in very remote location and no cab was agreed to go there. I was hungry, thirsty and alone in the new place and had to went through the trauma of resting in the road because of this no transportation. I am not caring about the refund or the money I had to spend but the experience I had face need proper justification. Please look into this matter urgently.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
