We had a Doctors’ appointment at Apollo Speciality Hospitals Vanagaram, Chennai. Therefore, we booked nearby hotel at Nestlay Rooms Vanagram, Chennai for the period **th March **** to **th March **** vide Booking Reference Number – *************.
In this regard, I have received a confirmation mail from Yatra on **th March **** that “your hotel booking is confirmed. You are not required to contact Yatra to confirm further”. We have enclosed the same mail for your confirmation as Annexure-*.
However, when we reached hotel on **th March, ****, Hotel Nestlay Rooms has denied our booking on the grounds that “Payment has been hold by Yatra”. They have also shared the Screenshot for the same. We have enclosed the same as Annexure-* to this e-mail. Therefore, we have tried to reach Yatra customer care but they did not answer the call due to “holiday Service policy”. We have been told us to reach out over email.
Since, we have the severe patient with us, we have booked in another hotel with double cost.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
