Deepak Gahlawat filed complaint against Agoda Booking on Jul 14, 2022
On *th July, I booked a room in Air by Ahuja's, Gurgaon for **th July(Sunday) from Agoda booking. On arrival at the hotel, the property representative informed they do not take bookings from Agoda, therefore my booking was invalid (Booking ID - *********).
On contacting Agoda, I was told that they checked with the property and they said I provided wrong check-in details and I need to request the Air by Ahuja's for a refund and the property representative asked me to claim the refund from Agoda as it was an online payment.
Kindly help in this matter.
