Arkapratim Laha filed complaint against Goibibo on Oct 6, 2020
I had booked a hotel from goibibo ( HTLCEQLP*F) for Mandarani, check in date was **th March, check out data was *st April. But due to corona outbreak I called them up and they asked me a new date. So I rescheduled it to Aug *th(HTLCEQLP*F). But again due to same problem I contacted them on **th july if they can reschedule or refund the amount. After listening they informed me after *th Aug that refund will be done and it will be credited by next **days. They also had given me the arn number. But till that day I havenot recived any refund. After multiple follow up *th Oct they informed me refund will na be possible.
I am sharing the screen shot of booking ID and their communication with me.
