Sandip Borse filed complaint against Oyo on May 12, 2019
I have booked Oyo hotel in Shimla by Goibibo online app. I have booked * rooms in this hotel on ** March. My check-in date is ** May. Before * days of checking already confirmed my checking in a hotel by Oyo executive. Also, confirm before * hour in checking when we reach a hotel at ** pm in the night than the hotel manager says me we don't have any your booking and when I give him my booking invoice than he says this booking already cancel before the day and also talk with the property owner. He has also say same words but then after calling to Oyo executive regarding my booking, he says sir your booking is already confirmed and talk with the hotel manager. I repeat my problem to all time when I call to Oyo executive but finally Oyo executive says me 'sorry sir we can't suggest any nearby property and we can refund your amount'. I waste my * hours till midnight * am anyone not arrange me any hotel on time. With me, one new married couple and I plan this tour just for them. Also, plan for there honeymoon night in this hotel and before already booked deluxe room in this hotel but can't enjoy any moment of this. Also not enjoy next day tour because coming from surat ** hours travel by train my wife health not good. She wants to take rest but doesn't have any source for taking rest.
Very bad experience with Oyo. Already my hotel confirms whenever not giving check in the same hotel. I spend my night with my family and sister (New married couple). After that, I cancelled my next day Shimla sightseeing tour and go to direct Manali without enjoying at Shimla and its reason is Oyo room service and Goibibo service.
I have complete proof of my booking and all recording tabs of talking with Oyo and Goibibo executive and their senior managers how to giving the best service to the customer. Also, I continue getting follow up but till date not giving a proper reply. Every time I call them and repeat my problem in detail than they say 'we forward your call to our manager' and put my call on hold for a * min but after wait * min till not connected final call disconnected.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
