Agoda Booking - Hotel booking fraud

I had booked a hotel on ** September **** (hotel name : collection O ***** Sai Ram International) for Saturday night, booking was confirmed and I had received mail also. Booking ID ********* this is ID through which booking was done. When I reached at the location hotel was not there, photos which agoda website showing of building was not that hotel , that hotel name is different from but building was same. I asked at reception about this hotel they said there is no hotel with this name. Then I called customer care, they don't have the clue about the hotel and saying that we will not refund your money you have to book another hotel and pay for that also. Customer care was not filling my complaint and saying that it took long processor to process refund. I called them * times for resolving my issue but they are saying we will assigning you another hotel and pay for that also.
I want to complaint against agoda and want my money back.
