RUSHIKESH SHINDE filed complaint against Yatra.com on Oct 4, 2021
I booked a room on Yatra.com . I received a message that my resort reservation is successful.Then i with my friends reach the Resort.The name of the Resort is La shimmer,dongri,Mira bhayandar,Maharashtra.When we reach the resort.The resort management denies our booking .They say we have revived the booking mail request but We haven't confirmed the booking .We try to contact yatra.com costumer service but we received a message on the call that the costumer service is close due to nation wide lock down(date-* october ****) .I was so embarrassed in front of my friends .I requested the resort management to confirm the booking they said me to pay **** rupees then and then will they confirm the booking . I tried to contact the yatra.com but still no response , so i paid the **** and the resort gave us the room.After that i wrote a mail to the yatra support email id , yatra on mail told me to give a proof of the payment but the resort denied. The resort management says the yatra.com will give the receipt .but i haven't received any receipt.I am trying to contact yatra but they refuse to pay the refund.I want your help in this matter. Can you help me get my lost money back.
