We made a booking on **/**/**** from Goibibo site for hotel booking from **/**/** to **/**/** for Fortune Park BBD Lucknow
We got the message on site sticked with your booking is confirm and you don't need to call at hotel for any confirmation.
We called hotel for some other query the first day the said the booking is confirmed after * days they told us your booking is cancelled due to glitch on the website.
We want that booking as we were told that the booking was confirmed and we were assured by website's side that we don't have to call any where for confirmation.
