I had done a hotel booking for my family and friend on **rd May ****. I called Hotel to reconfirm the booking and found that there are no such bookings. I reported this matter to Goibibo team via call centre number.
After that every day, I called them more than ** to ** times and was kept on hold for ** to ** minutes every time. Every time a new executive comes and promises to provide a solution and would assure for a call back in ** to ** minutes but they would not call. On the day of check-in still, they could not provide me with any solution. My payment is on hold. They have cheated me.
