Spicejet Air Line - Horrible experience traveling with spicejet

I boarded a flight on July ** **** and landed on **th July ****. Our entire journey wasn't as smooth.
For quite a couple of minutes the AC was not working which lead to suffocation as the flight was full.
Me and my dad asked for Tea and coffee and hot water but even that wasn't provided because they dint have hot water.
The seat lights from row **-** were ON throughout the flight journey due to some technical fault - they were so bright that Neither me or my dad could sleep for a minute. It gave us a headache. My dad and I asked for blankets coz we were feeling cold as the AC was on high mode and even that wasn't being fixed. Also we were getting a headache from the ON lights and no tea/water/ hot water being served. They declined us blankets as well saying they don't have.
Moreover in such situations also when the entire flight is sleeping peacefully but you because of those lights above your seats. When asked the cabin crew to switch them off - they said there is some technical fault.
We landed with a massive headache and then on the conveyer belt waited for more than an hour for our luggage.

Absolutely horrendous service by spicejet this time. I paid **** AED for this ticket this time. With each ticket costing us *** AED. There are many other low budget flights which are cheaper. I request for a HALF refund please for this ticket of mine which is *** AED
