I am absolutely fed up with the atrocious customer support from Ola Electric. Over the past month, I have created at least ** tickets and paid INR **** for a premium Ola Care plan, yet these people have shown zero commitment or courtesy.
My scooter, driven less than **** km in almost * years, is now a complete piece of junk. It's riddled with problems, and the battery is dead. Despite my relentless efforts to get it fixed, the support team has been utterly useless.
Ola Electric clearly has no respect for consumer rights and is only interested in looting money from customers. The time and energy I've wasted dealing with this nightmare is worth multiple times the cost of the scooter. I've lost money, peace of mind, and any faith in this company.
Their social media support is equally pathetic, spitting out robotic responses without even bothering to understand the issue. The level of negligence and disrespect is beyond comprehension.
I have all the proof of my interactions and the tickets I've created over the past two months. Ola Electric, you have tortured me and stolen my time and money. Enough is enough.
I demand immediate action to resolve my issues and proper compensation for this ordeal. If not, I will escalate this further, including legal action and making sure everyone knows about your terrible service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
