DTDC - Highvalue package missing

I ordered electric unicycle(euc) from Hong Kong on **th October. Parcel containing my order arrived in Guwahati on **rd October. Post custom clearance shipping company used dtdc express to book shipment from Guwahati to Hyderabad on **th November (Tracking no #D********), shipment reached dtdc Uppal (Hyderabad) warehouse on **nd of December. euc runs on lithium ion battery and can go without charge of ** days post that it "permanently" starts losing its storage capacity hence I called warehouse to check about my package whereabout, I was told that facility is closed and I should check about my product with dtdc Hyderabad head office (remember at no point dtdc website showed me that Uppal facility is closed). I called dtdc head office in Begumpet several times nobody picked phone, neither they responded to my emails posted at customersupport@dtdc.com (they do not have numbers published on website and have wrong address mentioned), finally from one of the franchise I got the office address and had to personally visit, to my horror they told me that they are not able to track my product which is worth * Lakhs. What makes me laugh is the fact that package is * feet x * feet and will not go missing unless stolen wilfully.

Even if I receive euc now I am sure it would have been compromised, I duly registered a company named "Decongest India Technologies Pvt Ltd." to promote Electric Vehicles in India with a sole motto of reducing congestion and pollution in our cities, eucs are not available or manufactured in India hence it took a lot of work to convince international contacts to collaborate, Seeing laid back nature of courier company my partners in China have already pulled back, dtdc not only brought agony to me but also gave bad name to my country.
