Chinmayee filed complaint against Ola cab on Jul 27, 2021
We rented ola cab for outsation on July **, **** but cab driver charged us extra km which we haven't travelled. As per the information, distance between chandigarh to kasauli sunset view point via parwanoo is ** km.We took roundtrip, so accordingly estimated distance is ***km. But at the end of trip it shown us ***km, I don't understand how. We tried to contact ola cab customer care but they were not receiving the call. My question is now where to raise co plaint and how to raise complaints.
