I'm from Mumbai. I work as a freelance so i work from home since the past five years.
My bill suddenly jumped from *** units to *** units.
How is this even possible ? And i left Mumbai and went to my hometown in June. But the consumption in June and July is shown *** even when the flat is empty. Isn't this billing system totally random ?
Right now i'm sitting with a ***** bill, and this is when the flat is totally empty. This is crazy.
