In the month of April and May I have been charged *** units each whereas the Current reading is shown Not Available. Therefore, they have to refund for *** units. Also, in both months for the same reading they have charged *** ₹ & **** ₹ whereas it has to be ***₹ & ***₹.
So, refund *** units and ***₹ for the extra charged in May ****.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
