Dear Sir,
I am currently residing at Alankapuri,Dahigoan, which is having electricity connection bearing consumer no.************. Today, I was shocked to receive the current electricity bill no.*************** for an amount of ****Rs. My Monthly electricity bill amounts generally range between *** to *** Rs. The bill for this month is almost ** times the amount of my regular bills.
I investigated the matter from my side to find out the error.Whereas you can see that even if i calucate ** month bill as per *** Rs rate the bill will not go above **** Rs .
And since I have previously paid the bill of **** Rs on ** March **** and **** Rs on ** December ****.
Despite that, now I have got **** Rs bill, how can it be.
And I have also noticed that this mistake has happened in the bill of Jan'** Month, the reading of Jan'** Month has been taken wrong.
For your information, here I am giving you information about how many units I have consumed every month.

Except Jan Month bill even if you total the entire unit and the bill comes out, then the bill will not go above **** Rs.
Request you to do a thorough investigation and solve this matter, and if you have overpaid the bill amount then please refund it.
I hope my complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.
