I am surprised to receive bill of *****, which is equal to my one year combined bill value,
My last meter reading was taken in Feb and now in August and you hv billed me at highest slab . I hv paid bills since Jan by paytm as follows

Reduce all above payment.
Second you have to raise revised bill as per consumption rate below ***p.m. rate
This the biggest fraud.
