Hi ,
I have bought a Chimney ( FABER RELISH HCBK PB** ) on **/**/** . For the last * months my chimney has stopped working. I have repeatedly called the Customer Care number ( **** *** **** ) & Service Center Office Contact Person - Madhumita ( ********** ) .
After calling them again and again , they have sent Mr. Shankar Ghosh (**********) almost * weeks ago. The person replied that the part required (Fan) is not available for this particular model .
Also, I have had a word with Mr. Sanjay Sur ( ********** ), a very Senior person of the Eastern Zone who promised me prompt action.
It;s hardly been a year and I can't use my product . Will your company extend the warranty by the number of months this product is not working ??? If not then act immediately.
Also, let me tell you that I am fed up and will complain to Consumer Forum today.
