Faber Franke India - Service and repairs taken more than one month and not fulfilled

My faber oven gave way after * year and * months of usage. I called their support requesting a repair for which they sent a service personnel on **-Sep-**. I was told that a part needed to be replaced and the item was out of * year warranty so I had to pay INR **** for the part. I paid on the same date and was promised that the replacement part would arrive in * weeks time. Fast forward, it is *-Nov-**, the item has not been replaced, the service person constantly gives a date and never shows up. This is how pathetic my experience has been. I am unable to use the oven at all.
