Henry harvin Education - Henry Harvin Education Classes not started nor refunded my money

Hello Sir/Ma'am,
Recently I connected with Henry Harvin education team regarding to join SAP FICO course on referral of my close friend. As discussed with Henry Harvin counsellor Varun, He confirmed my fees will be *****/- & also advised me to pay Rs ****/- to confirm registration & asked when you will pay remaining fees.
I paid them on **th Sept **** Rs ****/- on the words that I haven't laptop as of now. I will buy a new laptop then & only I can join the batch & once I joined the batch after one month, I will pay full amount. He said ok.

At Nov month I bought my laptop & confirmed Varun, Sir I have bought my laptop want to begin my classes, He said now you have to pay full amount otherwise you can't start your classes.
I said Sir we had words with you, now you are denying your words. He said we received *** call a day of lots of students I forgot what we had discussed now you have to pay full amount then & only you can get the access.
But earlier they raised the access for me I have email.
but once I informed them & they blocked me from everywhere I raised my concern & requested to return back my money of Rs ****/- as I haven't started my classes, & we had word that will pay after * month once begin my classes in Dec first week. they said we can't return back your money we have policy.

They are just cheating the student's doing fraud with us. If I post any comment anywhere, they have their IT team they can delete it immediately or blocked me.

Luckily, I found your platform to raise my voice against them Please help me to return back my money & safeguard students' interest from there fraud.

I have all emails which I received from them & payment details with confirmation.
