Vasundhara Bhatia filed complaint against Air India on Jun 27, 2020
The facts of the matter are:
*. I purchased a one way extremely over-priced ticket from Air India website from Delhi to Frankfurt on **th May **** for **th May ****. The e-ticket no. ************* was priced at a whooping INR **,***.
*. Air India is never reachable on phone and never provides appropriate or timely response to emails so I had to make a cancellation of e-ticket ************* via chat function on their website on **th May ****.
*. I was asked to write to ecommerce e-mail for the refund and I did it the very same day. I was also informed that I will receive the refund within **-** days after deduction of INR **** + GST.
*. I have constantly followed up with them over the last * month and I still have not received the refund. I have attached evidence to this complaint.
Please process the refund of e-ticket *************, booking reference YR*JV URGENTLY.
