Mona filed complaint against Ola Cabs on Dec 1, 2025
I have raised my concern during my travel dated **th November, **** from Malad - Dombivli - CRN ***********
Before entering into cab i told driver that i have allergy of Guthkha please dont eat, he had an audacity to say "if we don't eat we can't drive", so inspite of booking AC Cab , i have to keep windows open.
In sometime i requested him to stop car nearby medical if any as I started having severe nausea coz of this allergy , still he didn't stop and ate that Guthkha again.
I was in super bad condition by the time i reached Dombivli, and I am still down on health next day. I missed my daughter's school and office both.
Who will take ownership of such ruthless behavior of driver?
Don't you interview and check background of drivers?
I need answers. I have also raised this on app but no response. Also, i am simultaneously raising this to Consumer Court as i am super upset on such behavior of driver, no immediate support from OLA and this has caused toss on my health.
