Dear sir when i had purchased my vehicle insurance from hdfc ergo general insurance company through online portal after proper verification, no any damaged or dent mark highlighted from them in my * wheeler,, but When I had registered claim insurance they cheating me and told that those are old damaged, my question is that if my car have any damaged or dent why they had not highlight at the time of renew my policy
