HDFC banck - HDFC Bank making false excuses

I had taken Home Loans from HDFC Bank. Home Loan Account Numbers are ********* and ********* . HDFC Bank, has not reported/updated, EMI amounts of these Home Loans, in my credit report of CIBIL. HDFC Bank is making false pretext that non-reporting of EMI amounts of these Home Loans was as per reporting guidelines. When I asked HDFC Bank, to provide me, a copy of reporting guidelines, they have not provided that, till now. It implies that HDFC Bank, is telling a lie and is making false excuses. It is the responsibility of HDFC Bank, to report each and every minute detail pertaining to these loan accounts, accurately to CIBIL credit Bureau. HDFC Bank can not randomly act as per it's free will. It is not like that whatever information/data, HDFC Bank, considers necessary, it would report to CIBIL and rest of data/information, it would not report to CIBIL. HDFC Bank, is involved in such kind of fraudulent and unethical activities. Few days ago, an employee of HDFC Bank, was badly beaten by public, by shoes and chappals. Public was abusing employee of HDFC Bank,in the name of his mother and sister. Employee of HDFC Bank, had committed fraud with public. Public tore underwear also of employee of HDFC Bank. Such kind of bank, HDFC Bank, is. Without any documentary evidence, employees of HDFC Bank, are telling a lie and are making false pretexts, thereby misleading customers. HDFC Bank, is worst bank, as per my experience .
