Culture circle - Haven t received my order

I ordered two perfumes from culture circle one one of them being fully paid in advance ( prepaid) other being partially paid in accordance with their **% prepaid policy i ordered both perfumes in their sale , one of them was ordered on ** march and second was ordered on **th,,, they committed a two delievery dates which both of being already passed long ago its been a full month i haven’t received my order ,, and also their customer service isn’t responding ,, now i dont want the perfumes i want my full refund of both perfumes because of such a delay
