I returned an item on *-*-**** and the refund was expected to reflect in my bank account by **-*-****. But I haven't got a single penny yet. I have a complaint in Amazon customer care a number of times. Every time they ask me to contact my bank's customer care to file a charge dispute. I have done the same. But still, haven't got any refund.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
