We bought ** kw ev charger from havells from there sales person after telling him about ev car byd atto *. The charger came and we installed with necessary electric load at sight. After repeated requests to the sales person and havells customer care, they finally sent someone to install charger after * weeks. The person himself did not know anything of the charger and was getting instructions from company person. After getting personally involved and helping them to perform tasks on their app for more than * hour, the charger got installed and activated. But the charging speed showed only *.* kw out of total capacity of ** kw. The technical person transferred our call to another person who said that our Byd atto * will support only *.* kw from havells charger and that we should have considered this before purchasing the charger. Byd atto * supports charging speed upto ** kw but for some reason havells say there charger will support only till *.* kw. We incurred expenses to increase our electricity load to ** kw to accomodate havells charger and even told the sales person before buying, but now no help from there side.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
