I had ordered for a lehanga from Stylish_drapes page on Instagram on January **. Order number ****. I received the parcel after * days which didn't even match with the given picture. The moment I started to ask them for an exchange, they wouldn't respond. No refund was mentioned. So I sent back the product to them the next day and it reached them on Jan **. I asked them to check if they have received the parcel and surprisingly the messaging person on Instagram asks me to check it.. should I go all the way to Mumbai to their office to check..? Then the person says he is only the order receiving person and that he doesn't know what parcels they receive for refund. So I took it lightly and waited. Only after ** to ** read-but-no-response-messages I am receiving a one word reply. Now I have spent *** for courier and another *** for their exchange courier(first product worth ****.now I chose to buy product worth **** meaning I am bearing *** courier charge other than another *** which I spent to send that crap to them) now they have my money and the product they don't seem to reply to my messages. I was not on WhatsApp and just for this sake I again installed WhatsApp and tried to message them but no response. I ordered that dress for my brother's wedding and for the past one week I am going through a hell lot of depression just because of this issue. I believed in them but they give me such a hard time. I have started to hate online purchases. I have made many purchases but haven't been this depressed and disappointed as this . This is my first dress purchase and now I stand depressed and I feel I have lost my money. Please whoever you are.. I don't know where to go.. all the numbers they gave are non-contactable.. please help me get back my money. I have nowhere to go.. have people become so cunning and cruel? I am cheated and I hope there are at least a few genuine people out there who could help me with this problem and this could be a lesson to any fraudulent pages. Thank you for your time..
