I, alongwith * others, were the tenants of a flat managed by Nestaway in Bangalore. We vacated the flat on *rd May, **** by giving an advance notice period of ** days. House Inspection was completed on June **th, ****. We were supposed to get back our security deposit after cutting painting charges, renovation charges and * days rent for May *st, *nd and *rd, ****.
It has been * months since we vacated the flat and Nestaway still has not returned our security deposit yet. Furthermore, they have charged us with notice period charges even though we informed them before the notice period. Nestaway does not have a customer care phone number. We have sent numerous emails to them and they do not respond. Even the owner has sent them emails regarding this matter, but Nestaway has not responded. We are incurring a huge financial loss because of Nestaway's cunning schemes to keep tenants' money.
