Travolook - Have not got the Refund from Travolook

I tried booking the domestic flight ticket from travolook with reference ID REF********* on *st May,**** but after few mins I got the email back from company that booking has been cancelled due to fare expiration. Then immediately I also got the call from travolook that the refund process will be initiated and will get within three working days. But till now I am trying to call and mailing the company but no one is responding to me. The only provided customer care number has not been picked up by any official. I am trying out the mobile number by which I was informed about the cancellation but they are also not picking up.
