My hathway broadband upload speed is very low.i have hathway broadband **mbps unlimited plan. i was promised **.*mbps upload speed but i am receiving only *mbps upload speed on all speedtest servers except hathway. they have capped the upload speed to *mbps to all servers except their own server. i have already raised two tickets ********M****** and ********W****** for the upload speed issue but they closed the tickets without resolution.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
