Hathway Hyderabad - Hathway not responding after Payment

Hello Team

I’m Dasu. I have taken Hathway broadband unlimited plan connection * months ago. For * months i have used only ** GB, such a worst plan it is. So after multiple requests for upgradation, last friday thieir agent Abhiram who is a cheater reached me and intended me to pay **** rupees for upgradation. But till now My service not upgraded continuing in same worst plan. Because such slow internet i got escalation in office. I have reached Hathway through multiple platforms but no use, No one Is responding. Abhiram not picking my calls and messages.
