hathway boardband - Hathway not refunding advance paid
Sreegish K S filed complaint against hathway boardband on May 10, 2022
Hathway initially said post modem collection they will refund my advance now they are not providing refund stating the below.
Dear Mr.Sreegish,
Greetings of the day
Referring to your mail, We would like to inform you that the deposit refund of Rs.***/- can be processed only if the customer is active for * years. since the initial activation date and disconnects the services.
As your account was taken on *th June **** and has not been active for * years, we are sorry to inform you, Hence we are unable to process the refund of the deposit amount as per the policy.
Find the attached CRF for your reference with the terms and conditions.
