My internet pack ended on May **, ****. As I was preparing to move to a new location, I was understandably hesitant to renew my Hathway internet service. However, Hathway internet service sales executive assured me that Hathway would provide internet service at my new address and that the transfer of both service and equipment would be handled seamlessly. Based on this assurance, I chose not to seek alternative providers.

After I relocated, I was shocked to discover that Hathway internet service company is now denying service at my new location. This is not only frustrating but also contrary to the commitments made by Hathway internet service representative. Additionally, I have requested a refund for the remaining period of my plan, which has also been denied without any valid justification.
