I have requested for a new broadband connection in Chennai on **th of April and within ** minutes of conversation and assurance from the sales team in Chennai I have paid * months upfront he promised me he will get the connection within * or * days since then I have been making calls to know the status and he is not attending the calls.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
