Hathway braodband - Harassment by telecallers

I had an account with them for about a year and my plan got expired on *th Sep, ****. I got a call on **th to renew it, I explicitly told them, I don't want to renew it, please collect your modem as I am shifting to a mew location where you don't provide service. These phone calls kept on going till **th Sept, the day I shifted. Nobody came to pickup the modem, so I left it in that rented apartment only. But I kept on receiving calls reg offers etc even at *PM on a regular basis. I have lodged complaints * times in customer care and have guided their executive to apartment who was going to pick the modem but it has been more than ** days, I still receive calls from them daily with a new number.
Kindly help me out of this harassment being done on me.
