Hathway braodband - Hathway Internet not working

This is Rajashekar.R from Bangalore My a/c no: **********.
We had renewed the Hathway broadband on *th July **** (ie, second time) but our expiry date was *th July ****. After *th July at **:** pm, Internet was not working and it got disconnected.
On *th July morning, raised complaint to check the issue, but they took * days to check the issue and after that it worked for only one day. Then again called the customer care about the issue, Hathway executive raised the complaint to technical person about the issue and told that there is a configuration issue and they have resolved and asked me to check after * min but it was not working. Next day when I tried to login it was not working again, called and raised the complaint. Customer care said that they would contact me, but no one contacted . They closed the ticket saying they have resolved without solving my issue.
