Hathway made multiple wrong promising while taking sales. Now I asked for refund when they told after my payment that mention service can't be provided and they confirmed me on refund. But still they are not giving back my money and ticket I'm raising is closed by their back end team with out any update. Initially when my new connection was taken they took **** as refundable amount . I want my money *** + **** refundable money back. I have recordings from the sales team and technical team who committed for refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
