Sagar filed complaint against Hathway on Oct 4, 2020
Hi Team,
My customer # **********, I had interrupted service for * weeks there in there was no internet and there was no intimation for down time. When i called in for issue they stated there is technical issue where in the router got to be upgraded from "Broadband to Fibernet" which took * weeks to fix.
And I asked for compensation for * month free subscription for it and it was agreed to it as my plan was about to expire on **th Sept **** but my plan was expired on *rd October .
The customer / technical service is hopeless where in they do not render any service just give a statement that it will fix in ** hours which is a patent statement everytime for what ever issue you have. They do not even understand or listen to the issue. Additionally the escalation team what you call the supervisor support - even they tend to be so rude and doesnt even have skills to handle a customer - you can listen to the call recording for reference. He didn't even got to know or read customer history and was stating his points of solution which made me so pissed off and he was doing me a favor speaking in a rude manner. Ashamed of the service and I am ashamed to say I have subscribed for Hathway if this is the service rendered. And what do i say about the Email support I never received any response for it after sending multiple mails.
FYI - I would require a compensation for the downtime which i had I am not paying my hard earned money for this kind of downtime pathetic service . For the downtime I had I would need * month free subscription post which I will plan to continue my service. And also I would need the router issue fixed or the poor wifi range which the new router provides which is a downgraded service than the prior router.
