My Internet was having frequent disconnection since ** days and raised multiple tickets and didnt receive any help.
Finally It is not working since * days, Technicians are closing tickets without checking and not even picking calls.
When I talked customer care they are saying that We are focusing only new customer and providing different number for existing customer and those numbers are not connecting.
