I have taken a new broadband connection. But I am getting proper service. The internet disconnects every half an hour and we don't know when it would be back. Complaints from users are being ignored and they are neither refunding our money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
