Hathway broadband - Hathway installation not done

I raised a request to transfer of my hathway connection to my new office location in Surat, Gujarat (within city). Immediately same day, the sales rep came to collect payment. The cheque payment was cleared in Hathway bank account within * days. There after we have been chasing their team, but it has been more than * days, they have not come for installation yet. They are not picking calls, if we call from some new number, they pick and say that it will be done same day. This is a pathetic condition, my business is suffering because of this unprofessional fraud company
